I take my Health & Safety responsibilities very seriously. My guests can be reassured that I met or exceed all our statutory Health & Safety requirements.
All servicing & installation work in 27 Lake Road is carried out to the highest standards by local, qualified and reputable plumbing & electrical engineers with whom I have long standing experience. Our plumbing and electrical contractors are CORGI and ECA approved respectively.
27 Lake Road is one of the few self catering properties in the Kewick area that has been fire risk assessed to British Standard PAS79.
