Week-End & Short Break Tariff
Up to 3 night short breaks are available from £602. Extra single nights are on a pro rata basis.
All tariffs are for up to 11 people and include all utlities, bed linen (beds are made) 1 bath towel/person and up to 3 24hr parking permits for Central & Lakeside car parks - 1 and 5 mins. walk from the cottage respectively. Off peak tariffs can be reduced for smaller groups at our discretion.

Terms & Payment
We ask for a third deposit on reservation with balances payable 8 weeks from arrival. Both deposit & balance are confirmed in writing. With balances we also ask for a returnable £150 key/damage/excess cleaning deposit. All being well the key/etc. deposit is returned 5 working days from departure.
Lost parking permits are chargeable @ their replacement cost of £290 each.
For insurance and health & safety reasons we require the names/ages of all party members.
The cottage is no pets and non smoking.
