The self catering tariff & prices for 27 Lake Road week, week-end and short break holidays is very competitive. It compares well with other large cottages, big country houses, holiday lodges, flats & apartments in Keswick, Grasmere, Ambleside, Windermere and the Lakes.

Up to 3 night short breaks are available from £626. Extra single nights are on a pro rata basis.
All tariffs are for up to 11 people and include all utlities, bed linen (beds are made) 1 bath towel/person and up to 3 24hr parking permits for Central, Lakeside & Otley Road car parks - 1 and 5 mins. walk from the cottage. Off peak tariffs can be reduced for smaller groups at my discretion.

Terms & Payment
We can take payment by card online / phone or by posted cheque.
Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit by card or cheque.
I ask for a third deposit on reservation with balances payable 8 weeks from arrival. Both deposit & balance are confirmed in writing. With balances I ask for a returnable £150 key/damage/excess cleaning bond. All being well the key/etc. bond is returned 5 working days from departure.
Lost parking permits are chargeable @ their replacement cost.
For insurance and health & safety reasons I require the names/ages of all party members.
The cottage is no - pets and non smoking.
